Welcome,

I appreciate your interest in learning about my law practice and how I might be able to help you in developing an estate plan that works for you and your loved ones.

What is Estate Planning?

Estate planning is a means of:

        1. maintaining control of your assets while you are alive,

2. protecting your assets for the benefit of you, your family and loved ones,

3. providing for the proper management of your assets and your own personal care in the event of your incapacity, and

4. providing that upon your death, your assets pass to the people you want, in the way you want, and at the time you want, with the appropriate level of asset protection for your beneficiaries as your circumstances dictate, while saving the maximum amount in Federal estate taxes and professional fees for probate attorneys, and other professionals.

Your estate plan should meet your own objectives, deal with your individual needs, effectively eliminate or otherwise deal with your concerns, and allow you to have peace of mind that your affairs will be dealt with in the manner that fulfills your desires.

If I can assist you in achieving your estate planning goals please call me at (303) 442-4600, or send me an email at Richard@SelingerLawFirm.com.  I welcome the opportunity to listen to your concerns and discuss how I may be of service to you.

My initial consultations are always free and I am always happy to help.
